I have to give a big shout out to Zena for creating the Z Palettes! Zena is a makeup artist in film and television. Check out her website: www.makeupbyzena.com. Like many artists, she had many items and was always looking for ways to organize. Organization also led to complications since many brands had their own palette which in itself took up more space and time. (I am sure you make up lovers out there know this feeling!) Light bulb moment for Zena, the Z Palette!
The Z Palette comes in 2 sizes: Small palette-3.8”L x 3.8”W x .44”D/10.2cm x 10.2cm x 1.1cmD; Large Palette-8"L x 4.75"W x.44"D/20.3cmL x 12.7cmW x 1.1cmD. The large size is big enough to house your entire face. I put in my foundation, blush, cake eyeliner. I could also transfer some lip products into a pan and stick them in for the ultimate complete face. The small one is great for travel. It holds 9 round 26mm pans or 4 round36mm pans. Remember, you aren't restricted to just a single shape pan.
These are high quality palettes which are well constructed and are recyclable if you, by horrid chance, would want to chuck these. The window is not some flimsy see through thin piece of film but a sturdy one that can be wiped clean easily. The magnet is strong and will keep the pans in place. If you have pans that are aluminum. There are magnets available at the website for purchase to keep them in place. These palettes are tough and should you accidentally drop it, the stuff inside will stay intact. No more heart thumping drama or mourning the loss of your eyeshadows and such. The magnet that keeps this palette closed is pretty strong and tight.
Great palettes for the makeup junkie and for the makeup pro! Get it at www.zpalette.com
