I guess this is one of my random musing posts. Yeah, I got a twitter account (@MaquiObscura). I poo-pooed Twitter but then realized my attention span is the same as twitter. Pretty sad or my brain cells are dying due to age or boredom. Which leads me to my blogs.
As I look at my blogs, I see them like PBS (US), BBC (UK), NHK (Japan) television stations, no commercials and kind of quiet, mostly my choosing (fault?) for buying lines that people aren't in to. And, I don't care, I am blogging for fun. The internet is vast and if you want info on the popular lines, you will find more than enough info. I will just try the other stuff and tweet.
And why do I tweet? Only place to write down my fractured proverbs or my daily "misfortune cookie sayings" which are temporarily (but will be removed) posted in the top right hand corner of my blogsite if you are reading this through a feeder or receiving via email. So far these are the proverbs that have been listed:
- 3/02: An ego is like a balloon, it only takes one prick to deflate it.
- 3/01: Life is like a James Bond Martini, it has to be shaken not stirred.
- 2/28: Life is like a donut, what needs to be filled is the hole.
- 2/27: Life is like bacon, sometimes it just has to sizzle.
