The Want You to Want Me clutch for the eyes ($34USD) is one handy kit. The size of the entire clutch held by a magnetized clasp is about 5" x 5" x 1". The inside has a mirror and holds a separate palette containing nine eyeshadows, a mini dual-ended shadow brush, a mini eyeliner, and a mini brow fix.
The eyeshadows are formulated with the following:

As for the liquid eyeliner, it is pure black and is easy to work with in terms of texture. Even though the applicator is a brush, it is stiff enough to provide a smooth line yet soft enough not to poke. The formula is not watery nor is it thick and goopy. You actually have time to smudge it if you want that effect with it.
The brow fix is a product I have been using for ages and it does its job in keeping the brows in place. You pretty much have a complete eye kit in this clutch and the size and price makes it affordable whether it be a gift for someone or for yourself.
