The Eyeliners are Coming!! Part One

*Post originally written by Olivia J on The Unknown Beauty Blog. If you read this post elsewhere, it has been stolen.*

Remember my traincase of eyeliners and eyeshadow pencils?   I am slowly making my way into swatching all of them.  The first set of consists of whites, nudes and taupes.

Most of the swatches you see have been reviewed, yet some may have not due to my lazy brain or even forgetfulness.  At least, you will get to see the comparison of colors.

Starting out with the nudes or colors that resemble concealer colors.  These colors can be used as highlighters, concealers, and even lip highlighters.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl Nude -  For a drugstore brand that is waterproof, this is one good pencil.  Like all the other pencils, this can be used as a waterliner, eyeliner, brow highlighter, lip highlighter and even a spot concealer.

Julie Hewett Omit - This is also waxed based pencil that can be used on the eyes and lips and also as a spot concealer.

3CC (Three Custom Color Specialists) Light Clarifier - A waxed based pencil similar to Julie Hewett.

Ulta Professional Eye Highlighting Wand - This has been discontinued.  The wand is actually a dual-ended one with a concealer colored retractable pencil on one end and a springy sponge-tip applicator for the powder highlighter at the other end (picture inset).  The pencil has a matte finish which can be used as a highlighter, concealer, waterliner, lipliner.  The powder is a beige shimmer which can be used anywhere also.

Mosha Katani Sormeh Nude - This is a natural sormeh or eye kohl and very safe to be used on the waterline.  It can also be used as an eyeshadow or an under eye brightener.

Rimmel ScandalEyes Shadow Stick Bulletproof Beige - Metallic and budgeproof, this is a warm almost a golden peach beige.  For the price of less than $5, this is well worth it for the ease of application: just apply and smudge with finger.

NYX Iced Mocha - Maybe I should categorize this in the browns but to me it looks closer to taupe.  A wax based metallic taupe, creamy and smudgy.  Don't expect this to be creaseless unless you set this well with powder.

NYX Yogurt - This is a shimmery peach beige.

NYX Cottage Cheese - A metallic white.

NYX Milk - Pure white with no shimmer.

Stila Smudge Crayon Smoke - A metallic taupe retractable pencil with a budgeproof finish.

Sephora Jumbo Liner 12 HR Wear Waterproof Pencil Dark Taupe Shimmer - If you aren't willing to spend that bit more for MUFE pencils, Sephora's is a great alternative.  The color is a dark and sharp shimmery taupe.

CoverGirl Melted Caramel Flame - Another great drugstore pencil with a budgeproof finish.  The warm taupe makes this one a no brainer of a color.

Physicians Formula Liquid Metal Nude (Taupe) - A metallic and glittery taupe eyeliner that doubles as a liquid eyeshadow.

Inglot 528 - A wax based pencil for easy smudging.  This one is a metallic caramel taupe.

Physicians Formula Eye Enhancing Pencil Nude (Dark) - Another great drugstore eyeliner in a budgeproof finish.  The color is more of a dark brown taupe with bits of golden glitter.

Physicians Formula Eye Enhancing Pencil Nude (Light) - This one is a shimmery taupe.
Maybelline Master Drama Taupe Takeover - I just bought this and noticed it is a limited edition color.  This is one pretty taupe! The color is shimmery with a slight purple undertone.  If you are looking for a taupe like this, get this one before it is gone.

MAC Duck  - Quack, quack! I have a duck!  This is a basic no-frills taupe.  Good for a natural eye look on women and men.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl in Taupe - I haven't reviewed this but I did review the nude.  Same texture just different color.  Another basic taupe but less brown than MAC.

There you have it.  Eyeliners in the whites, nudes, beiges and taupes!  I hope to get the rest of the eyeliners swatched soon!
