Joe Blasco blushes are versatile. They can be used in many ways because of their formulation. Experimentation is allowed. There are several ways to use these blushes; dry, wet, mixed with other products.
The following is a picture of Dance blush done in various mixes.
Dry-I just swirl my blush brush and apply. For you "up-and-coming" makeup artists, you can scrape a bit onto a stainless steel palette, wax paper palette, or ceramic palette and apply onto your client. (This way you avoid double dipping.) This gives a soft glow and natural blush look.

Wet-I add a few drops of water and apply with a brush or a sponge. You can also wet the sponge and apply like you would a cake foundation. Also, you can scrape some off into a palette and mix with water. I find if I apply it wet, I get more concentrated color. This is good for people who don't like cream blushes but find powder blushes fade too quickly. If the color is too concentrated, then just go over it with a dry sponge or brush and blend off a bit. This will give more concentrated color power yet still look natural.
You can also mix it with some glycerin for a more dewy appearance. This gives a slight moist finish without looking shiny or sweaty. Remember, that it can also be used as a lip tint. You can apply it directly onto the lips (with a touch of balm underneath for moisture) and top off with gloss. Or mix it with some clear gloss and apply. And, don't forget all of the blushes are safe for the eye area! Joe Blasco may be a pro line but the usage is very consumer friendly, so what are you waiting for?
