My makeup routine has become pretty minimal.
With the exception of prepping the skin with my Suppin powder, concealer is really the only step between my skin and color cosmetics. Even though there are concealers that last through warm to scorching hot weather in liquid and cream form, the one form that is easiest for me is powder.I thought I would be happy by just using a powder foundation as concealer but that wasn't the case. Even if the amount for a powder foundation had always been more than a concealer I would never be able to finish the product. I also hated the feel of the powder foundations of western brands when I knew Asian products felt lighter and more smooth on the skin. I just accepted no powder concealer existed until I found the Two Slash Four Erasing Face Cube.
Two Slash Four is a line by Korean makeup artist Risabae. You can currently see her on Prime Video Just Makeup as a judge. (The show has a great ending and well worth the watch if you love makeup artistry and competition, especially K Beauty.)
Two Slash Four Erasing Face Cube exceeded my imagination. All I thought about was a small pan of powder concealer. What I didn't imagine was including a blurring powder which could be used to dilute the powder concealer, to set it, or to use it on its own. A product of my dreams housed in a little 1.5" cube!
The way Risabae uses it is to set the concealer or when concealer alone isn't quite enough for coverage, the powder provides more. Or set the concealer with the blurring powder alone. There are many ways to use this.

The concealer side is a slight light yellow based color. It can be used under the eyes on the lids to neutralize and even used as an eyeshadow base. Application is better with a brush since it will blend into the skin. As it blends, it leaves behind a smooth finish and soft coverage. The blurring powder softens the look even more. Like the concealer, it can be used to get rid of the oiliness on eyelids, a prep for eyeshadow application. Both can be used anywhere on the face.
The PROS and CONS.
Pros:
- Easy & Fast to work with.
- Great for the warm & hot weather.
- Portability.
- Can be used in conjunction with regular concealer.
- Great for oily skin.
- One color - works for anyone with fair to medium skin. Very pale can use this as an eyeshadow base but for concealer would be too dark.
- Drying due to the silica content. (I use this during Spring & Summer)
- Not good for people with a dry under eye area. Moisturize first!
- Price - $33. (sometimes lower due to coupons)
- Not for dark circles under the eyes - not enough coverage.
