In a world where we seem to have less time for everything, now you can just press on your face and have more time to ponder about "why I want to look like everyone else except myself". Order yours at the Uniface Mask site for a mere $399.99.
Created by Zhuoying (Joy) Li, a graduate of Parson's The New School of Design, who is currently studying at NYU the interaction of design. Design which includes, nowadays, one's beauty in society and conceived notions of it.
As Joy puts it:
A large number of them are overdoing make-up and plastic surgery and increasingly look like clones of each other. Uniface is a dream-fulfilling facemask for contemporary Chinese women. It is branded and commercialized to ironically communicate how media has manipulated women’s desire to have the same extreme facial features. Uniface is intended to raise the awareness of this beauty issue, and to make women rethink about what they are doing to themselves.
Are you as freaked as I am?
